Established Operational Presence
Operating since 2011 — over 15 years of daily passenger transport across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with 2,000+ passengers moved each day.
We are City Star UAE, a passenger transport company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi that has operated since 2011. Over 15 years of daily operations, we have built an in-house fleet of 300+ vehicles and currently move 2,000+ passengers each day across industrial zones, corporate routes, city travel, and inter-emirate connections throughout the UAE.
Our operations cover industrial workforce movement, corporate travel, airport transfers, school transport, and event logistics — all managed through a centralized dispatch system with GPS tracking across every active route. Every vehicle in our fleet is owned and operated by City Star UAE directly, with no third-party sourcing.
City Star UAE began operations in 2011, starting in Dubai where early activity focused on regular passenger movement across residential and commercial parts of the city. Over time, the nature of demand expanded beyond Dubai as transport requirements became more consistent across different parts of the UAE.
Today, a significant portion of our operations is based in Abu Dhabi, where commuter flow is closely connected to industrial workforce requirements and large-scale staff transportation across key operational zones such as Mussafah Industrial Area, ICAD, and surrounding labor and accommodation districts. In Dubai, our movement continues across major commercial and residential areas including Business Bay, Al Quoz, Deira, and Jebel Ali.
Our primary daily focus is industrial workforce movement, which forms the core of how our fleet is utilized across different routes and time cycles in the UAE.

Our daily work is focused on managing large-scale movement of passengers across the UAE, with industrial workforce transport forming the main part of daily activity. Our dispatch system runs 24/7, managing vehicle assignments across multiple simultaneous routes in real time. On a typical working day, vehicles operate across Abu Dhabi’s industrial corridor — Mussafah, ICAD, and KEZAD — during the morning shift window (06:00–08:00), then rotate to city routes and corporate transfers through midday, before returning to industrial zones for the afternoon shift change (16:00–18:00). This continuous cycle keeps the fleet at near-full utilization throughout each working day, with dispatch coordinating timing adjustments in response to gate delays, traffic conditions, and booking changes in real time.
The day-to-day operations at City Star UAE are carried out by a team that manages different aspects of passenger movement across the UAE. Each role is tied to a specific part of the operation, from vehicle handling to movement coordination, making sure that daily transport activity continues without disruption across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and surrounding areas.
This combination of roles reflects how different parts of the operation come together to manage passenger movement in the UAE on a daily basis.
Our executive car fleet is maintained on a dedicated inspection cycle separate from vans and buses. Before any car is dispatched, it goes through a cleanliness and readiness check covering interior detailing, fuel level, AC function, and GPS connectivity. Cars assigned for airport transfers are dispatched 30–45 minutes before the required arrival time to account for Dubai and Abu Dhabi traffic variability during peak hours (07:00–09:30 and 16:30–19:30). Each car is assigned to a specific driver for the full duration of the booking and is not handed between multiple drivers mid-journey.

The van fleet is the highest-utilization category in our operations —these vehicles run almost continuously across Abu Dhabi and Dubai on shift-based workforce routes. Each van is assigned a fixed route cluster for the week, which means drivers develop familiarity with specific pickup points, gate access procedures, and timing patterns on their assigned route. Maintenance scheduling for vans is rotated so that availability remains stable for both scheduled and urgent bookings throughout the week.
Buses in our fleet are deployed based on confirmed group size at the booking stage — a 20-passenger group is assigned a coaster, a 50-passenger group is assigned a large bus, and this is confirmed at the time of booking, not changed on the day. For industrial workforce routes, the same vehicle and driver are assigned to the same route each week, which builds familiarity between the crew and the specific gate procedures, security protocols, and timing requirements at each worksite. Long-distance and inter-emirate bookings are assigned to drivers with verified route experience on the E11 and E311 corridors.
We operate across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates, managing daily passenger movement shaped by long-term activity in the UAE. Our work reflects ongoing involvement in workforce and group mobility across varied locations and changing movement requirements.

300+ in-house vehicles — 70 executive cars, 90 passenger vans, and 140 buses — all owned and operated directly by City Star UAE with no third-party sourcing.

Daily operations across industrial workforce transport, corporate travel, school routes, airport transfers, and event logistics — all coordinated from our dispatch center in Mussafah 34, Abu Dhabi.
City Star UAE is currently expanding route coverage in Abu Dhabi’s growing residential and commercial zones — including areas around Khalifa City A and B, Al Shamkha, and districts south of Mohammed Bin Zayed City — where new workforce accommodation and commercial activity is increasing transport demand. On the fleet side, vehicle refresh cycles are maintained to keep average fleet age within operational standards, with newer HiAce and Sprinter units added to the van fleet over the past 12 months to meet increasing demand for mid-size group transport across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Coordination improvements are focused on reducing dispatch response time for short-notice bookings — particularly for corporate and airport transfer requests where same-day confirmation is often required. This involves tightening the vehicle pre-positioning strategy across Abu Dhabi’s key zones to reduce the gap between booking confirmation and vehicle dispatch.
